Starten Sie ZST Version 1.71 oder höher

Vor allen Download Versuchen stellen Sie sicher, dass die Kommunikation zwischen MX1 und ZST mit 38400 Baud funktioniert. Setzen Sie dazu CV12=6 im MX1. Dann verbinden Sie ZST und lassen die MX1 Parameter anzeigen. Es dürfen hier keine Fehler auftreten! Anwender berichten von Problemen mit alten USB Konvertern. USB Converter werden ausdrücklich von ZST unterstützt. Before you start any downloads verify that the connection work reliable at 38400Baud. Set CV12=6 inside the MX1. Then connect ZST and go into online mode. This should work without any problems. Some users reported problems on weak old USB serial converters. USB converters are definitely supported by ZST.
Ziel ist das Laden der 3.x MX1 Software. Um 3.0x betreiben zu können benötigt man eine erweiterte Speicherverwaltung die im BOOTROM 2.0 enthalten ist. Es sind zwei getrennte Downloads erforderlich. Am besten zuerst BOOTROM 2.0 danach die Applikation. The final target is to have MX1 3.0x SW running. This requires an enhanced memory management inside the MX1. BOOTROM 2.0 provides the enhancement. So there are two separate downloads necessary! We recommend to load BOOTROM first then the application.

Klicken Sie bitte den 3. Button "offline", damit gelangen Sie zum MX1 Update Bildschirm

 Please select offline Mode. this brings you right to the MX1 update screen 

Suchen Sie die BOOT ROM Datei 

 Start ZST version 1.71 or higher
Mit dem Button "Datei Auswählen" suchen Sie bitte die BOOTROM Datei die Sie vom ZIMO WEB geladen haben und öffen Sie diese. Der Dateiname wird Ihnen im Feld angezeigt, weiters erscheint ein Piktogramm mit 2 Basisgeräten und Schuhen darüber.

 

Es ist wichtig, dass der BOOT Update VOR allen anderen MX1 Upgrades geladen wird		 Using the button "browse file select data" search for the previously downloaded boot file and open it. The fiule name will be displayed in the line underneath. in the right side you will see the bootfile icon (2 base stations with boots over it)

 

It is important to load the boot upgrade before any other MX1 upgrades

Starten Sie den BOOTROM SW Download

Schalten Sie das MX1 ab!

Wählen Sie aus dem Datei Menu den Punkt "reaninieren"
 

Jetzt werden Sie nach der Nummer der seriellen Schnittstelle gefragt. Üblicherweise ist das 1, falls Sie einen USB Stick verwenden wird das üblicherweise eine höhere Nummer sein.

Bestätigen Sie die Schnittstellenwahl mit OK. Jetzt schalten Sie bitte das MX1 ein. Der Download startet automatisch. Das dauert etwa 5 Sekunden. Das MX1 startet neu und wird sich jetzt mit BOOTROM 2.0 melden.		 Turn off the MX1!

Now you get prompted for the serial port number. Usually this will be 1. if you have a UST serial adapte the number will be probably a higher one.




Confirm the port number by klicking OK. Not power up the MX1 to start the download. This takes only about 5 seconds. The MX1 reboots and should show BOOTROM 2.0 in the display.

nach diesem Download der etwa 4-5 Sekunden dauert startet das MX1 mit BOOTROM 2.0 das wird auch in der Anzeige dargestellt. After this download which lasts about 4-5 seconds the MX1 starts with Bootrom 2.0 which is also shown in the display.

Das MX1 Startet dann weiter in die bisher vorhandene Applikation, verhält sich ganz normal, oder bleibt in Bootloader stehen und zeigt die Meldung "Warte auf Prog.!". In beiden Fällen fahren Sie bitte mit dem Laden des 3.0x Programms wie unten beschrieben fort. The MX1 continues to start the existing SW and behaves normally. Alternatively it might also stop in boot loader and displays the text "Warte auf Prog.!". In both cases continue with the application download as described underneath.

Um die 3.0x MX1 Software zu laden widerholden sie die Schritte von zuvor. Diesmal wählen Sie die passende MX1 Software aus und starten Sie den Download. Das laden der MX1 Software dauert etwa eine Minute. Der Fortschrittsbalken wandert im ZST Fenster.
Sollte Ihr MX1 im BOOT Lader hängen geblieben sein, starten Sie abermals ZST im offline Modus und laden sie auch die 3.0x Software über den "reanimieren" Mechanismus.

 		 To download the MX1 3.0x software repeat the steps above with the MX1 SW file. Select the datafile, and start the download. The download of the MX1 application takes about a minute, a progressbar is displayed.
If your MX1 stayed in the bootloader, restart ZST again in offline mode and download the software with the "reanimate" feature".

Nach dem SW download bitte unbedingt den MX1 Reset ausführen um den MX1 Speicher von verbliebenen Resten früherer Einstellungen zu löschen. dazu <E><MAN> <MAN> <A>100<A> <C>24<A>111<A> ausführen! Das MX1 startet neu nach der Speicherlöschung. After the download please execute a memory reset to clear out all old data inside the MX1 memory. To do this enter <E><MAN> <MAN> <A>100<A> <C>24<A>111<A>. The MX1 will reboot after this.
