When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information and stores it in so-called server log files. This includes:

Webshop & registration
For the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, personal data such as name, email address, postal address and, if applicable, the credit card number and/or other access data of the purchaser are stored when registering in the webshop.
Registered users can change or delete the data provided during registration at any time. We will also provide you with information about the data stored about you at any time, which we will correct or delete on request, provided that this does not conflict with any legal retention obligations.
In addition, we also store the following data for the purpose of contract processing: name and number of products purchased.
The data you provide is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of credit card, payment or access data being transferred to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations.
After cancellation of the purchase process, the temporary data stored by us will be deleted.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period.
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability period. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG (Telecommunications Act) and Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, we will store the data you provide for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Newsletter subscription
ZIMO offers you a newsletter subscription to keep you informed about current events and offers. If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide a valid email address and register on our website (see above for information on data processing).
