MX21FU - Radio cab

The new graphic display presents information in clear text. For example: loco names, list of consists or stored addresses, CV sets, table of occupancy states, model clock, and much more.

The new powerful microcontroller allows many additional features and easy-to-use operation.

The software is contained in a Flash Microcontroller and can be updated via computer and command station MX1 ("model 2000" or Economy). In the current software (which is deliverd in May and June 2004) some of the planned features do still not exist. ZIMO will provide updates wihtin the next months. Available form the ZIMO SERVICE site.

There will also be a English version for the operating instructions on the display.

The display on the photo shows the name of the loco  (Krokodil), the address of the decoder (4394), the reference to the second loco address (T 561) of a consist (T2), and the number of addresses in the background memory (R 3), the speed step (157), and the clock (38:24).

All startsets are now equipped with the new MX21 instead of MX2 resp. MX21FU instead of MX2FU.
